Gum Care Powder contains Sonth (Zingiber officianale), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Mustak (Cyperus rotundus), Khadir (Acacia catechu), Karpur (Cinnamomum camphora), Poog (Areca catechu), Marich (Piper nigrum), Lavang (Syzygium aromaticum), Twak (Cinnamomum zeylanica), and Sfatika (Alum). These ingredients combine together to offer total gum care without any side effects. These Ayurvedic herbs help to improve how oral mucosa can form. Gum Care Powder improves the health of oral tissues. It uses a fully vegetarian formula that improves how the teeth and gums are formed. It fortifies these tissues to improve one oral health.

Directions for use:
Take some 3 to 6g of the powder on your palm
Massage the same on your gums with your index finger
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water after about two to three minutes of use

Hey there, * brush twice daily. * do warm saline rinses twoce daily. * have food rich in vitamin c like aamla, lemon, kiwi. * have lots of salads and firm fruits. * use a soft or ultrasoft tooth brush. * use desi ghee to massage gums twice but strictly at night. * visit your dentist regularly and follow their instructions.

Just do warm saline water gargles and take a mild painkiller. If the pain does not subside get thorough checkup by dentist and treated accordingly.
