There are no such moisturizer,,,u can take vit E capsule,,for this purpose,,also take sour food,,green veggies

My friend is consuming centre performance as multivitamin on daily basis. He has calcium deficiency. He is planning to go for GNC Calcium 1000 plus with magnesium and vitamin 3. So is it advisable to go for different multivitamin where as centre has calcium and vitamin d3? Having multiple multivitamins can add additional stress on kidneys?
