Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to hemorrhoids or a fissure
- have more of fibre containing foods like vegetables & fruits, whole grains instead of processed ones, legumes, pulses, sprouts, nuts
- avoid fried, spicy & junk food
- have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol in a glass of warm water & have it a hour before bedtime at night
- apply Smuth cream before & after defecation
- do not strain or sit for too long at stools.
