By splitting the leaves you may get the gel. Which few people drink directly. But I advise not to do that. As there are almost 50 types of alloe vera species. And not everyone are safe to consume. Take it if you are too sure. Or else you may take advise from some specialist.

Absolutely, Aloe Vera is a wonder plant for your skin. Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. Also, for dark circles wash your eyes for at least 5 minutes in the morning with mouthful of water in your mouth. Have a sound sleep. Try to go to bed before 10 pm and have an undisturbed sleep for at least 8 hours.

Nadibact and aloevera gel should not be used together and I will suggest you to upload the image of the lesion for diagnosis and further guidance.

Alovevera gel prevents sagging of breasts no side effects of long term use rosemary oil olive oil almond oil is also good.

How can I get relieved from dry skin? I used aloe vera cream but I can't see that much changes to say. What is the remedy?

Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.
