Tab ovral l is a contraceptive pill that will prevent you from getting pregnant in the cycle you use it. I am losing hairs from past 2 years. Hairs from upper scalp are very thin and not dense anymore and its not genetic for sure. I am under weight. My test reports from past few years shows I am iron and vitamin B deficient. Blood is only 11.5 gm as per report. Can I take Fericip XT iron Tabs and become-12 (B complex) Tabs together or on alternate days for some improvement? Please guide.

Firstly set your menses i; e once a month. Then after that plan for pregnancy. Take tab dear 21 once daily at night time do not miss a single dose of that drug.
