Effectum Vanilla Powder contains Whey Protein, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Cyanocobalamin, Vitamin D3, Folic Acid, Niacinamide, Calcium, Manganese Sulphate, Zinc, Iron (Ferric Ammonium Citrate), Magnesium Oxide, Cupric Sulphate, Chromium, Selenium Dioxide Monohydrate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride and Iodine. Hello lybrate-user, It is best to take commercial protein resources when you feel that your diet is deficient of normal amount of protein which your body requires.
