DESCRIPTION
For relief from muscular pain of various origins
Takes care of tearing pains of tendons and ligaments
Covers muscular soreness
Indicated also for uneasy feeling of the limbs
Relieves spasmodic muscular pain, cramps and rheumatic pains
Reduces general uneasiness, weariness and weakness.
Presentation: 30 ml glass bottle pack.
Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, 10-20 drops every hour which should be gradually reduced to 10-20 drops thrice a daily. If complaints are not relieved, consult a specialist.
Note: The product contains alcohol. In the case of children, pregnant and lactating ladies and in certain serious liver and alcohol problems, consult a specialist.
Side effects: No side effects of Alpha - MP are known.
Contra-indications: Hypersensitivity to Rhus toxicodendron.
Interactions: None known up to present.

Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises. One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the exercises. However, they should become easier over time. You should be able to notice an improvement after 6 weeks. Make sure you are breathing naturally throughout this process and avoid pushing down as if you are forcing urination. Instead, bring the muscles together in a squeezing motion.

I am 66 years old and suffering from eye watering since three years which increase in cold air and doing some work on computers. I have consult so many eye specialist but no improvement. While using computer for long time every person fail to blink the eyes. So only way to overcome is Use Dim light in laptop or black background in screen. Try to blink for one minute for every 15 minutes if you are so busy. else try to create the habit of blinking eyes very often. Have More Food which are rich in VIT A and D.

Yea it gives very good support in controlling hypertension.. But still it is not a permanent solution.. If you want permanent cure of hypertension then take proper Homoeopathic treatment...
