STANNUM METALLICUM DILUTION
This remedy is prepared from chemical i.e. Tin (metal). It is used for weakness, asthma, tuberculosis, recurrent cough and cold, paralysis and vertigo.

Mind

Discouraged, sad and anxious

Giddiness and weakness on climbing down the stairs
Aching in temples and forehead
Jarring of walking resounds painfully in head

Respiratory

Cough
Sputum Greenish, thick, sweetish (in taste)
