Rhododendron a homeopathic medicine is useful for gouty and rheumatic condition. Neuralgic pains are also curable with this remedy made from Snow rose plant.
The following complaints are treated with this medicine

All the complaints are worse before a storm

Neuralgia

Ciliary neuralgia which affects the eyeballs
Nerve pain in the face with violent jerking sensation mainly of the dental nerves
Headache worse in windy, cold and wet weather

Extremities

Gouty affection of the great toe with extreme pain
The joints are swollen with tearing pain in the limbs
Stiffness of the neck with pain in the shoulders, arms, wrist joints
All the pains are mainly worse while resting and during stormy weather
Unable to sleep unless cross the legs

Dose- As prescribed by physician. Can be taken with allopathic medicines.

Precautions:

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing
