Ferrum Iodatum Dilution
Iodide of iron works well in people suffering from anaemia and complaining of cell overgrowths on the body, like glandular enlargement (thyroid), tumors, boils. It works well in treating following conditions:

Stomach

Feeling of fullness on eating very little.
Swallowed food comes up, feels as if is being pushed back

Urine

Urine is dark and sweet smelling.
