General Tonic- Energizes vital functions
INDICATIONS
In conditions of anaemia, loss of appetite, convalescence, especially after debilitating fevers or surgical operations, pregnancy, loss of weight and in growing children.
MODE OF ACTION
Feeling of exhaustion and anxiety due to overwork and worry rapidly subside and general physical improvement in the patient very shortly appears.
Acidum Phos: Physical and mental exhaustion, impotence, pollutions, lack of concentration, apathy, sleepiness during day time.

Avena sativa: Neurasthenia, mental overstrain, sexual debility, rich in vitamins and minerals.

Calcium phos: Deficiency in calcium production and perturbation of the growth of the bones.

China: General tonic after loss of humours and exhaustion, illnesses, impotence thereafter.

Cinnamomum: Convalescence, presents all kinds of bleedings.

Ginseng: Its excellent roborant result is due to vitamin D1, and B2 (Thyamine and Riboflavine) as well as to its mineral ingredients with high content of sulphur.

Hydrastis: General tonic in illness-related weight reduction, exhaustion, hyposthenia.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don?t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and medication needs to be given after clinical examination

Hi, any tonic or supplement will only give result till you use them. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar,ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, aerobics, jogging, skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Always remember there is no isolated solution for anything. If your diet or activity is not good then no amount of supplementation will help. So, improve your activity levels and your diet, only then supplementation will benefit.
