How to reduce belly fat and what kind of a diet should be followed to maintain a fitness body?
For reducing fat and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.

Hello, Diet cannot get you twins, please understand that. 2 sperms have to fertilise 2 eggs or a single embryo o has t divine into two for twins, so diet cannot ensure that . Or you may opt for IVF solutions.

Get the breast milk thru breast pump and collect it in small katori ,then give it with spoon. Try to give breast milk as long as 6 months. What is birth wt? Always prefer mother?s milk over formula milk. Otherwise there is no harm in giving formula milk.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils.
