Information about Ddd 60K Tablet

DDD contains Cholecalciferol 60,000 iu (International units). Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) is a fat soluble vitamin, that helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorous found in food and supplements. Vitamin D is made by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight. Sunscreen, protective clothing, limited exposure to sunlight, dark skin, and age may prevent getting enough vitamin D from the sun, thus leading to Vitamin D3 Deficiency. Thus, Vitamin D3 in DDD tablet is essential for calcium absorption in the body.
Other uses of DDD tablet are:

Building and keeping the bones & teeth strong
Reducing Fatigue/stress and muscular pains
Boosting immunity and increasing resistance against infection
Supplement for patients with diabetic complications and Cardio Vascular Diseases as well.

Use under medical supervision.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of pain in lower back region. It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with intervertebral disc, narrowing of spinal canal, any bony instability besides many other, so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. You have mentioned ddd which is a very common cause for pain in lower back region. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I also need to understand why a lumbar brace has been advised to you, so once I have all these details, I will be able to actually advise whether your travel is ok or not? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

Unfortunately, there's currently no cure for degenerative disc disease, and once you're diagnosed with DDD, it's typically a lifelong journey of learning to live with back pain, neck pain, or other symptoms. Once your discs begin to degenerate, you can't really reverse the process.

I have two bulging discs at l5-s1 and l4-l5. Since I found out after a mri, I did two" cycles" of igf-1 lr3. It did result in a lot of relief, with pain gone in 2 weeks. After that, i've been on a ghrp/ghrh cycle to increase my gh. How will it affect my back, and is there any chance to stopping the cell apoptosis occurring in ddd due to gh?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Lifting heavy weights or running marathons might not be a good idea if you have significant disc degeneration or many ddd symptoms. Instead, your goal should be regular, moderate exercise, which will help strengthen your muscles, bones, and joints. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.
