D3 Extra 60K contains cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3). Vitamin D3 is essential for the proper growth and development of the body. It is synthesized within the body after exposure to sunlight and is essential for many important functions of the human body. Vitamin D3 in D3 Extra 60K also increases the Calcium absorption from the intestines.
D3 Extra 60K is available commercially in the form of sachets containing granules of cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3). Each sachet of D3 Extra 60K weighs about one gram and contains 60,000 international units of cholecalciferol.
Directions to use:-

1. Tear open the sachet.
2. Pour the powder into a glass and then add water
3. Drink the mixture.

Dear lybrate-user, if the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

Please suggest me. Why I am having some extra chest(male breast)? Please tell me solution for these.

If you are over weight & fatty then its normal to have some extra fat in your breast area. But if you have problem with that try some specific exercise to burn out that fat. If you have excessive big male breast then go for surgery- medicine doesn't usually help much. Thanks.

1. Whole-grain bread. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Dear lybrate user, the reason for extra growth of gums can be history of any trauma to gums or poor oral hygiene. If you want to take proper treatment for that, first you have to go for oral cleaning or prophylaxis. If it is not reducing you have to go for excision i. E. Removal by cutting it from base.
