You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time.. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day ?2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don?t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal?4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale food. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals. D) apply paste of honey and fresh lemon juice on face with gentle massage, leave it for 20-30 minutes, after that wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. Do all things for 30 days. This formulation is 100% effective.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Once a week apply a mixture of besan, milk. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil. Simple honey mask--before applying this mask, rinse your face with warm water to open up pores. Then apply honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water; then rinse again with cold water to close the pores. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun.
