Carodin Tablet

CARODIN Tablet contains Beta carotene , Vitamin C , Vitamin E , zinc , selenium .
Beta carotene, is a dietary supplement which belongs to class of Vitamin A. It is prescribed for the prevention of Vitamin A deficiency and to reduce the severity of photosensitivity reactions in erythropoietic porphyria patients. Beta carotene (carotenoid) is used as an antioxidant which offers protection against harmful UV radiation and free radical damage.

Carodin tablet scavenges free radicals including singlet oxygen and superoxide anions and prevents ROS mediated cell damage. Beta-carotene is used to decrease asthma symptoms caused by exercise; to prevent heart disease, cataracts, and age related macular degeneration (AMD); and to treat AIDS, alcoholism, headache, heartburn, high blood pressure.
