Information about Carnisure Plus Tablet

Carnisure Plus tablet is a nutritional supplement fortified with Folic acid, L-Carnitine and Methylcobalamin.
Methylcobalamin is an analogue of Vitamin B12 that is an essential in healthy cell reproduction and blood formation. It helps in the development of a healthy red blood cells, improves nervous system and heart health. Folic acid and L-Carnitine are potent antioxidants which reduce oxidative stress.

Common side effects of carnisure tablet Nausea, Palpitations, Paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation), Peripheral edema, Gastrointestinal discomfort, Anemia, Muscle pain, Bone pain, Bronchitis, Cough, Diarrhoea, Gastritis, Headache, Increased calcium level in blood, Increased blood pressure, Muscle weakness, Tachycardia, Vertigo, Vomiting.

I am having 2 stents and I am also a diabetic since 2004 and hypertension since 2008. I also underwent thyroidectomy operation in the year 2005. I want to know whether I can use carnisure tablets. I also have calcium deficiency problem due to this thyroidectomy surgery and I take calcium supplement. I want to increase my metabolism rate, is carnosine helpful for me? Carnisure.
