Calcium Sandoz Growth tablet is a combination of Calcium with Vitamin D3 (calcitriol) which is used as nutritional supplement.

Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.Calcium is important for growth and development of bones.
Vitamin D3 (calcitriol) that is used in the absorption of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps in processing of essential minerals in the body like Calcium and Phosphorus. Lack of Vitamin D3 results in bone weakening, bone pain, and skin diseases.

Calcium Sandoz is a nutritional supplement which can be taken by people who have low levels of calcium in their blood. Hello, Short heightedness can be due to heredity reasons (genetics), lack of proper nutrition: lacking in essential vitamins and minerals, substance abuse, lack of sufficient physical activity, endocrinal/hormonal problems, mostly related to hypofunctional pituitary gland. Also, problems with bone formation and calci?cation are responsible for shorter stature and built. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) also plays a determining part. HGH is secreted by pituitary gland and it is directly connected to how long your bones and cartilages grow. Here are some home remedies that you should include right away to increase your height naturally: ASHWAGANDHA: Ashwagandha can indirectly influence the release of HGH and helps the body in overall development. Take 1 tablespoon of Ashwagandha powder with a glass of warm milk (preferably with 1 tablespoon of shakkar) at night before going to bed. OTHER HERBS: You can also try some other beneficial herbs like shilajit, shatavari, guduchi, amla, and guggul. Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

There's no such thing as height increasing supplements. None of them help. They're just supplements. Which means they'll just add an extra bit of calcium and other minerals to your regular intake thus helping your body in developing your bones. Instead, consume a lot of green vegetables, meats, oats, milk, eggs, nuts (groundnuts, peanuts, walnuts, almonds), fruits, etc. Also, workout and stretch a lot. Sprinting, box jumps, pullups, skipping, chin ups, squats, push-ups, etc. Are some of the exercises that will help you.
