There's no such thing as height increasing supplements. None of them help. They're just supplements. Which means they'll just add an extra bit of calcium and other minerals to your regular intake thus helping your body in developing your bones. Instead, consume a lot of green vegetables, meats, oats, milk, eggs, nuts (groundnuts, peanuts, walnuts, almonds), fruits, etc.
Also, workout and stretch a lot. Sprinting, box jumps, pullups, skipping, chin ups, squats, push-ups, etc. Are some of the exercises that will help you.
