Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Hello, Simply, medication will not suffice your need, unless you opt certain natural norms to compensate vit 'C' please. Consume, milk,kale, yogurt, Broccoli, watercress Cheese, Okra,cherries,� amla,� almonds & green veggies. Tk vit 'D'-fortified milk products, mushrooms, fish, eggs to absorb vit 'C' Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish your body. Take care.

Hello sir, calcirol sachet are given in cases of vit d deficiency. They are given only once 25 hydroxy vit d3 levels come out to be low. Otherwise the baby needs just routine vit d supplementation 400 IU per day till 1 year of age.
