Blugard Mouth Wash

Blugard mouthwash has a triple action formula of Chlorhexidine, Sodium fluoride and Zinc chloride. This rinse helps to control and kill the bacteria in the mouth that cause gum disease.

Role of key ingredients:
Chlorhexidine - Chlorhexidine molecule reacts with the microbial cell surface to destroy the integrity of the cell membrane. This mechanism of action makes it highly unlikely for the development of bacterial resistance.

Sodium fluoride and Zinc chloride - Treat hypersensitivity (the pain associated with teeth when we consume something hot or cold).

Side effects: Chlorhexidine -blistering, burning, itching, peeling, redness, swelling of soft tissues (gums) due to overdosage or brown stains on hard surfaces (teeth) due to prolonged usage.
