Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand your concern about hair fall. Please be aware that any hairfall less than 100 strands per day is normal and you shouldn't be worried as it might just be related to temporary hormonal imbalance, stress, recent infection/ fever, medications, dietary habits and lifestyle.
2) you can follow some simple steps
- if you have dandruff, you can follow up for it's treatment as dandruff itself can lead to severe hair fall
- oil massage your scalp daily for 15 minutes to increase the blood flow to the follicles to promote hair growth
- avoid using hot iron, curlers or straighteners on hair as it changes texture and causes breakage of hair.- avoid chemical therapy to hair
- avoid damp hair combing - have food rich in iron, vit d and folic acid.- use lukewarm water for hair wash and not very hot water. 3) even after you follow these you still find you hair loss more than 100 strands per day, do the following investigations
- vit d levels
- hb levels
- thyroid levels
- calcium levels
these levels are directly linked up to hair fall and therefore the deficiency needs to be corrected.
4) you can use some hair supplements like biotin capsules, hair serums that promote hair growth, multivatimin capsules.
