Baidyanath Pathreena Liquid contains Shilajit, Chhota Gokhuru, Punarnava, Pashanbhed, Apamarg, Varun chhal, Charila, Plashpushp, Shvet parpati, and Sajjikshar.

Shilajit is an antioxidant that prevents cell damage. Punarnava is also added to stop inflammation and also works as a diuretic. Formulated as a urinary antiseptic, this is for the treatment of renal calculi and burning irritations in the urinary tract and kidneys.
