Baidyanath Haridra Khand is a combination of Haridra, Triphla, Trikatu, Nisoth, Nagar Motha, Ajowan, Kutki, Chitrak, Ela, Dalchini, Jirak, Dhania, Ajamoda, Sugar etc with Lauha Abhrak Bhasma.
Haridra Khand is a very famous and highly effective Ayurvedic medicine for allergy. It is in granules form. Its main ingredient is Haridra turmeric. It is used widely in the treatment of allergic skin diseases, itching skin diseases. It improves skin quality and complexion. Kandu itching skin disorders, pruritis, Visphota blisters, Dadru fungal skin infections, Sheetapitta, Kotha allergic skin conditions, hives, Udarda skin diseases due to skin contact with cold objects

Directions of use:-
1 to 2 teaspoonful 2 to 3 times a day with water or as directed by the physician.

U have to exercise for body building. All other medicines r not so useful. Proper diet with high protein is enough.

Hi! you must be suffering with GERD in which you have to first stop taking too much of water replace it with butter milk added 1 tea spoon of Hinguastaka choorna when ever you feel thirsty. Keep your diet bland no spices or heavy diet. Take Syp. Coolmelon 10 ml thrice daily. Take small meal frequently to avoid over stuffing your stomach. Consult an ayurvedic physician for further management.

Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises. One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the exercises. However, they should become easier over time. You should be able to notice an improvement after 6 weeks. Make sure you are breathing naturally throughout this process and avoid pushing down as if you are forcing urination. Instead, bring the muscles together in a squeezing motion.
