He will probably be doing laparoscopic surgery for cyst don't worry these are very common procedures you need not worry for that.

Hello, the proportion changes from individual to individual. Technically 200-300 mg of curcumin (presrnt in turmeric) is recommended. However it is not a fixed quantity. Jaggery intake should be limited to 2tsp per day and that too changes from individual to individual.

My wife has acne & pigmentation problem. Pimples are reoccurring particularity on forehead & around the mouth. Pimples are smaller in size but leaves big black marks. She tried various treatments including chemical peels (in KAYA clinic) without any visible results. Two months back she visited Dr. Rashmi Shetty a renowned celebrity dermatologist in Mumbai. She prescribed many tests (I will enlist below) for diagnosis. The test results show that every parameters are absolutely normal except Vitamin D. 1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.
