Adeno Cobal Syrup contains Adenosylcobalamin, Beta carotene, Carbonyl Iron, Vitamin E, and Folic acid (Vitamin B9). Adeno Cobal syrup slows down the process that damage cells.
Folic acid is used in the indication of Folate deficiency, Megaloblastic anemia in pregnancy, and malabsorption syndromes. Vitamin B9 is recommended for females pregnancy planning and should take 1-3 months prior to conception; this reduces the risk of neural tube defects.
Vitamin E is used in the indication of retrolental fibroplasia in premature infants, intermittent claudication, fibrocystic breast disease and nocturnal muscle cramps. It is also used as supplementation in cystic fibrosis.
Adeno Cobal Syrup is commonly used for the treatment of anaemia, Chest pain, Heart attack, High blood pressure, Vitamin B12 deficiency, and leg pain due to blocked arteries.

Hi doctors, I am looking for an advise on the below. I was diagnosed with endometriosis cyst and adenomyosis few year...
What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? How do you get relief from pain? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? Any problem in urine? I need to know more to be able to make diagnosis. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.For more details, you can consult me.

Yes. This may happen in some cases. Typically after 6 cycles of double agent chemotherapy we keep patient on maintainance therapy with pemetrexed till disease progression. Else pt will need to be put on 2 nd line chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Other options include oral targeted therapy if she is positive for either of mutations like egfr, alk, ros 1, met, braf which can be checked on biopsy tissue.

Hello sir, my father is effected with rectum cancer, biopsy report shows well differentiated adeno carcinoma .doctors confirmed stage 3 and they said radiation with chemo which is oral pills (capecitabine) then after surgery. Could you please tell me is it curable cancer. My father age is 62.

Oncologist,
The treatment suggested by the doctors is as per the standard guidlines and totally correct. The rectal cancer presenting in stage three has 5 year survival ranging between 40-65% depending upon stage iiia iiib iiic. That means at end of 5 years 40-65 % patients who received treatment are alive.

Best option would be a fundoplication surgery, usually done laparoscopically. If would prevent the sliding hernia aswell as provide relief from the GERD. Continuous reflux puts you at a mild risk of Barrera Esophagus, which can lead to adeno carcinoma of the esophagus. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
