SABAL SERRULATA DILUTION
Sabal Serrulata is a homeopathic medicine used in urinary and sexual organ symptoms. It is made from the plant called saw palmetto. Great general weakness is experienced by the patient.

The following are the complaints that can be treated with Sabal Serrulata-

Urinary

Bed wetting with constant desire to pass urine in the night
Paralysis of the sphincter of the bladder
There is pain during urination
Inflammation of the urinary bladder (cystitis)

Male

Prostate is enlarged with great urinary difficulties
Discharge of the prostatic fluid
Loss of sexual power with pain during ejaculation

Female

Breasts are not developed
Ovaries are tender and enlarged
Behavioural changes in female with suppressed or perverted sexual thoughts

Dose- As prescribed by physician. Can be taken with allopathic medicines.

Precautions

For what purpose have brought it??? As a general rule you can I take 10 drops Inna cup of water and drink it. Take it 2-3 times a day.

I don?t think the method you mentioned will work. You can try for 2-3 months and if you don?t find any benefit you should consider fat grafting or breast implants.

My age is 80 years, I have enlarged prostrate PSA 19, frequency of urination night mostly once about 1 to 2 AM I go to sleep by 10 PM, day time maximum twice or thrice, flow of urine is mostly slow. After urination there is a satisfaction of emptiness of bladder. I take homeopathy medicine Sabal Pentakaran 30 drops daily before going to bed and ADEL 21, 20 drops during the day time. Kindly advise any thing else I should do.
