You might need oral retinoids therapy if your acne is severe. Don't pinch the pimples. Use antibiotic n retinoid creams regularly for 2-3 months.

I used acnovate gel of apex on my face skin to get rid of pimples and acne. After 1 week my skin get roughed and skin getting peeling of! so what it should be? Is that gel working properly thats why this happens or it will get worst? I also use acneguard soap on my fave skin I used both without any prescription! please help!

You probably used a large quantity of gel on the pimples. Hence the dryness and peeling of skin. Stop using the gel for 2 days and use lot of moisturizer. Restart after 2 days but in very less quantitiy on the pimples.

I have lots of pimples on below my neck area and also on my back shoulder or else I can say that almost whole back area from shoulder to waist. Kindly help. Some are very big and painful and all pimples leave a dark spot on my body. I am almost frustrated with this problem. I am facing this problem whole year. In winter, in summer, all the time continuously pimples coming and leaving dark spot again coming continuously.
