Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Take Chandnasav 20 ml Twice a day Gokharu kadha 20 ml Twice a day Punarnavasav 20 ml Twice a day All for 3 to 6 weeks Check your blood urea, sr creatinine after 3 wks Send me report on Lybrate Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Take plenty of water daily.
