you are what you eat so eat wisely eat to live and not live to eat.5 good things for a healthy heart,omega-3 fish,olives,almonds/nits,broccoli,whole grains,fibre,7 colour veg/fruits.cinnamon /onions/garlic besides a well balanced diet low in sat fats,cholestrol,sugar,take low glycaemic foods if diabetic,exercise/yoga/aerobics.moderate proteins from animal sources/soya and milk products less cream.low fat curds/butter.brown bread/brown rice are good too.
