Now it’s time to collect your energy and start up again after a long lock-down. Ayurveda is blooming and time is not far away when everyone will feel its essentiality in their daily life. It’s the right time for ayurved stakeholders to make everyone feel the importance of ayurveda in everybody’s life. Corona virus may or may not disappear but some other virus may appear anytime and it is for sure the further life is challenging according to present conditions.
Present need is to have a visionary look and to be self dependent for everything including health. If such a small entity can affect the whole world then why it is not possible that a human body with billions of cells can make any difference.
If the corona virus is new to us then our human body is also very much new to deadly virus.
Can’t we make our body cells so strong that it can easily defeat any type of such viruses?
Yes we can, but need is to give them such ball and sanskar and this is only possible through ayurveda –the science of life.
So believe ayurveda, follow ayurveda principles and feel the essence of ayurveda.
So how to do that?
1. Bed tea means – herbal tea –should include tulsi, sounth, dalchini and kali mirch.
2. Nasya– two drops of sesame oil in each nostril daily.
3. Daily yoga and meditation for at least 45 minutes.
4. Massage-complete body massage with medicated oil at least once a week.
5. Hawan and gugulu dhoopan every day in your premises.
6. Take proper sleep at night and at a proper time.
7. Complete fasting every fifteen days.
8. Drinking water should be always luke warm water.
9. Avoid excess spicy oily and junk food.
10. More of fruits and fibrous diet.
11. Golden milk- 2-3 gm of turmeric powder with milk.
12. Chyawanprash 1 tsf twice a day with milk.
If you are sincerely following this then surely you can prevent yourself from any virus.
