Just as our body takes some time to digest food .. Similarly, the body also needs time to digest water.
When you leave a flush of water in a Toilet vessel, the water will move quickly.
 Many people think we will drink water, that too, the wheeze in the body will move very quickly.
But remember there is no system in the body.
The digestion of every fall in the body is according to that element and water also needs to be digested
It does not happen that the water is drained.Another important thing in this is that there is a clear mention in Ayurveda that drink water differently according to the debt. In winter and in the rainy season the water is low, the body needs more water than it is during the summer.
