I am Dr. Rita Ambawatta. I am here to give you some important information regarding toxins. What are toxins, why do we call it toxins and why do we have toxins? Why do we have to detoxify our body? Ayurveda ki bhasha mein toxins ko hum aam bolte hain. Jis tarah se humara aacha, vichar, aahar, vihar hota hai us hisab se humari body mein toxins banne shuru ho jate hain. Toxins bante kaise hain? Jab body mein toxins banne lagte hain toh ye pollens mein jaake ikathe ho jaate hain. Hum jo khana khate hain ya regular routine mein time se khana nahi khate hain dusra, morning 3-6 am vatta parabal hota hai and 6-9 am cough prabal hota hai and 9am to 3 pm pitt prabal hota hai. Agar hum is time pe bhjan karein toh humare sharir ke lia acha hota hai.

Lekin agar hum aaj ki stressful like mein junk food kha rahein hain and time pe nahi kha rahein hai toh us se health issues aate hain and aap ko agar aaj nahi toh 2-3 saal ke baad khud realize hogi. Body mein aap ke digestive issues shuru ho jaate hain. Jo bhi aap khate hain us se toxins increase hone lagte hain. Ye toxins colon mein jaate hain and chipak jaate hain. And ye fir puri body mein faail jaate hain. Jo bhi oragna kamjoor hota hai ya immune system agar kamjoor hota hai vahan par vaise hi symptoms start hone lagte hain. Toh iske symptoms kya hain and ghar mein kaise treat kar sakte hain. Kin chizon ka upay ya kin chizon ko use kar sakte hain apni diet mein. Agar vatta hai to constipation bhi hoti hai. Motion clear nahi hota. AIsi condition mein aap ko mild chizen use karni hain like amaltaas ya fir aap caster oil le sakte hain. Aap use halka sa garam karke raat mein le sakte hain. Agar aap ko lagta hai ki peat saaf nahi hua hai toh aap 2 spoons le sakte hain. 2nd pitt fire ka pratik hota hai. Ismein aise hi symptoms hote hain body mein. Jaise burning sensation, body rashes, low appetite hai kyuki pitt pravarti ke logon ko bhukh bahut jaldi lagti hai. Agar aisi problem hai toh hum bitter chizen use karne ke lia recommend karte hain like neem, karela. Basically, agar peat clear nahi hoga toh body ke dosh balance nahi honge. Jo kapha hota hai vo mucus increase karta hai body mein. Kayi log kehte hain ki humara muh khata ya namkeen ho raha hai.

So, ye ek typical symptom hota hai ki peat mein toxins itne jyada increase ho jaate hain ki muh ka taste khata hone lagta hai. Kapha ka sathan chest se upper area hota hai. Islia agar chest mein congestion lagti hai ya tightness hai ya sharir bhari lagta hai aur kuch karne ka mann nahi karta hai toh ye saare kapha related symptoms hain. Islia hum patients ko suggest karte hain ki bitter chizen use karein. Hum kutki related medicines tayar karte hain patient ke lia. Ye kadvi hone ki vajaha se digestive issues ko subside karti hi hai sath hi liver ke high triglyceride hota hai ya fir jin patients mein liver issues hai unmein kutki bahut acha kam karti hai. Toh aap ka time fix hona chaiye. It is very important not to have more sugary things. Always take things in moderate way. Sugar ko chor ke kadvi chizen use karenge, aloe vera use karenege toh vo aap ke lia acha rahege.
