Take your breakfast every day. Without fail. It's the most important meal of the day. And most neglected as well. Generally, we have our dinner by 8-10 pm and breakfast by 7-10 am. There is roughly a gap of 10-12 hours. So we fast for this much time. On top of that, we give our body-bed tea. When our body is starving n is calorie deficient. So have a healthy n fulfilling breakfast every day. Eat whatever your mother or grandparents use to eat at breakfast. Eg; if you're a Punjabi eat paratha if belongs to the south then have idli/ dosa etc. Means have your traditional food.
