Don't take caffeine after 6 pm
Avoid visual stimulus after 8 pm
Bed time should be regular
Don't discuss tomorrow's matters and worries in bed
Bed is only for sleep
Go to bed when you get sleep
Don't see time if you don't get sleep
Don't try yourself to sleep, that will awake your brain.
