SKIN VITAMINS
There are Various vitamins for skincare such as Vitamin c, e and beta carotene. Vitamin c is ascorbic acid, water-soluble, it scavenges in an aqueous environment. It works in tandem with vitamin e. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, protecting cell membranes rich in phospholipids. Beta carotene is a water-soluble vitamin that is most widely studied. It scavenges from a low oxygen environment.
