1). Natural home remedy using lemon and salt
Take 1 glass lukewarm water
Squeeze ½ lemon in it
Add 1 tsp salt
Mix well
Drink every morning on an empty stomach

2).Natural home remedy using isabgol
Take 1 glass warm water
Add 1 tbsp isabgol, an ayurvedic herb
Mix well
Drink at bedtime

3).Natural home remedy using fennel seed powder
Take 1 glass warm water
Add ½ tsp fennel seed powder
Mix well
Drink at bedtime

TIPS
Take a walk after dinner. It aids in proper digestion of food
