As north India is affected by a dangerous level of air pollution.
Don't obsessed with checking and discussing the AQI in your family.
Take banana and apple daily.
Drink more and more lukewarm water specifically in the night after every three sleep hours.
Take coconut water twice in a week.
Please take vitamin -c and omega fatty acids. No doubt tulsi, ginger and lemon tea also help. You are suggested to use cashews for omega 3 fatty acid from akhrot & jaggery.
These food items will help you to reduce the effect of air pollution. Please share and use.
