I am Dr. Deepika Malik. I am diet and Ayurveda expert. I am going to talk about some epidemic these days which is obesity. Obesity sirf India mein hi nahin pure world mein ek epidemic ki tarah fail gayi hai. Isiliye har bar kuch na kuch nayi type ki diets bhi aati rehti hai jaise aajkal aapne suna hoga intermittent fasting ya intermittent diet kafi vogue mein hai. Bahut sare log jante hain ki intermittent diet kya hai jo nahin jante unko main batana chahungi ki intermittent diet especially two meals hai jisko aap 6-7 ghante ke gap mein lete hai aur uske baad aap 15 hours ki fasting karte hai, to make it simple aap jaise pehla meal subah 11 ya 12 baje khate hain, second meal aap sham ko 6:00 baje ya 7:00 baje tak le lete hain aur uske bad sham ko 7:00 baje se agle din 12:00 baje tak aap kuch bhi nahin khate.

Bahut sare logon Ko intermittent diet se kafi faida hota hai, weight loss faster hota hai par iske kuch nuksan bhi hai. Sabse pehle to yeh samajhna jaruri hai ki agar aap weight loss karna chahte hain toh aapko kuch bhi extreme mein karne ki zarurat nahi hai. It's all about calorie input and output. Agar aap calorie bahut jyada consume kar rahe hain aur aap usko burn nahi kar rahe hain that means aapka input jyada hai, output kam hai toh definitely aap dheere dheere weight gain karenge. So to understand important point agar aap weight loss karna chahte hain jaruri nahin hai aap extreme diets pe jaye infact healthy diet voh hai jisme sare food group include ho, koi food group ko hum exclude na karein plus hum kisi extreme diet mein na jaye. As I already told you intermittent diet kaise work karti hai, bahut sare log kafi isse weight bhi lose karte hain but iske cons kya hai, nuksan kya hai.

Koi bhi person agar voh diabetes ka patient hai toh unko intermittent diet bilkul bhi follow nahin karni chahiye because diabetes mein aapko kuch kuch hours mein chote meals lene chahiye. Agar aap blood pressure ke patient hai high blood pressure ke ya low blood pressure ke again agar aap 15 16 ghanta khana consume nahin karte hain toh aapka blood pressure fluctuate kar sakta hai. So yeh sab conditions dhyan mein rakhte huye agar aap weak hai, apki age kam hai ya aapki age 70 se jyada hai inn sab factors mein aapko intermittent diet follow nahi karni chahiye. Dusra ek bahut important point agar aap intermittent diet follow kar rahe hai to jo aapke 2 meals hai voh healthy meals hone chahiye. Sirf ye soch ke aapko intermittent nahi karna hai ki hume 2 meals khane hai aur hum usme kuch bhi kha sakte hai. To aap jo bhi karna chahte hain, agar aap weight lose karna chahte hain go in a healthy way. Kisi bhi fat diet ko karne se pehle aap pehle uske pros aur cons ko samjhe uske bad aap vo karein kyunki at the end of the day apki jo health hai vo bahut important hai.
