In last one decade we are seeing a huge increase in Substance abuse in this country specially among youngsters. The use of cannabis, alcohol and tobacco has become rampant in all college campuses causing rise in various substance abuse and psychological problems. Research shows the risk of addiction increases if person starts at young age. Younger the age of starting, higher the chance of addiction. As the social taboo decreases on use of Cannabis (mostly due to legalisation in Westren countries), Alcohol and Tobacco (both due to their depiction in media and rising corporate culture of work hard party hard) there is endemic spreading in our country of these drugs which harm both mental and physical health.
