HOW TO MANAGE MUSCLE CRAMPS!
1) Eat lots of high potassium foods
For example---
* A handful of dried fruits
* A glass of tomato juice
* Citrus juice
* Milk
* A slice of melon
* Orange
* Banana

2) Avoid caffeine and and nicotine
3) Quit smoking
4) Regular Exercise
