Loosing weight is a major concern now a days. Here is a simple tip to start with. Later on loosing weight needs a team work.

* take 1/2 spoon cinnamon powder in a cup.
* add hot water to it.
* allow it to cool.
* then add 1 spoon honey to it.

Have this drink two times a day
* early morning empty stomach and
* before bed time atleast one and half hour after dinner.

Imp note: add honey only after cooling cinnamon water. Hot liquid will destroy enzymes in honey.
