Healthy food to stay fit in winter!
1. Sunflower seeds: loaded with vitamin e, a good source of copper, thiamine, phosphorus and other minerals also. It works as a stress buster and an immune booster.
2. Fresh coconut: it contains a high amount of fibre, iron, potassium. Though it is high in saturated fat, it has zero cholesterol and low in sodium.
