Drinking lots of water and going to pee frequently is normal. Whereas, drinking less of water and feeling the urge to pee frequently is certainly abnormal. You can identify it on your own if you feel the pain or burning sensation while urinating with an immediate call to urinate. Sometimes, you may be infested with the pain in your back or pubic area. A tip for preventing exacerbating pain is kegel exercise. Kegel exercise is performed by repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles around the pelvis; this exercise strengthens the muscles around the bladder and urethra and prevents urinary incontinence and problems.
