DENGUE AND EBOLA SHOCK SYNDROME.

Both are viral infection and may be associated with repeated vomiting and loose motion leading to fluid and electrolyte loss. It will cause hypovolumia and electrolyte imbalance.Clically evident by decrease urine output.Patinet of Dengue/Ebola infection specially with vomiting and loose motion should take lot of oral fluid and ors to maintain good urine output and avoid hypovolumia and shock .Shock if not corrected by adequate fluid transfusion can lead to mortality.
