This exercise on bosu ball helps patients to ease the blood circulation who are suffering with varicose veins. Patients who are suffering from ligament injuries in knee, arthritis of knee this exercise will help them to rebuild their knee strength and the ligament laxity will get improved. It also helps in reeducating the ankle muscles after ankle sprain or after post fracture conditions in knee/anke.
