11 common-sense sex rules that can save your life!!!

Love should not motivate you to take anything for granted because the pleasure of sex will be all forgotten if something goes wrong – say an unwanted pregnancy, or worse, a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD).

Sex is beautiful, but it is as dangerous and risky as it is rewarding.
This is the reason why you must ensure that you give yourself and your partner maximum protection when you decide to get together.

Love should not motivate you to take anything for granted because the pleasure of sex will be all forgotten if something goes wrong – say an unwanted pregnancy, or worse, a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD).

Here are 11 common-sense tips to assist you in making sex safe and sweet:

Try to use a condom always – as a first rule, always use a condom when in doubt because it is your next surest protection after abstinence. This rule becomes even more important if you have random sex partners.

Keep your genitals clean – a clean genitalia is the first step to safe sex. Leaving dirt around your genitalia is allowing for harmful organisms to proliferate. You will transfer these orgasms during sex.

Urinate after sex – Sex experts have found out that urinating after sex help to prevent Urinary Tract Infections to a large extents by cleaning out the urethra.

Clean sex is the best sex – it is best if you always go for sex clean, and this means taking a shower at least. You cut down the risk very much by being clean. Germs and bacteria on your bodies will be exchanges during sex if you don’t clean up …remember there are STDs that are transmitted skin-to-skin.

Wash your hands before sex – even if for anything you have to go into sex without cleaning up, your hands should at least be washed, especially if there will be fingering involved. Germs and bacteria behind fingernails for example are a major risk…

Don’t insert same fingers into the anus and vagina – you will end up transferring very harmful germs and bacteria if you inset the same finger (sex toy) into the vagina and anus simultaneously. If you must involve both, then use two different toys or use a condom and change it

Use lubricants – penetration is always better when you have a lubricant involved. It makes the woman able to accommodate the penis more and even heightens the sensation for her. The flavoured ones can also make the air a bit more pleasant…

Keep your pubic hair shaved or trim – there is nothing as good as smelling and looking fresh down there. A clean and aired pubic hair is not only inviting but healthy…you stand lesser risk of skin infections when the place is neat…

Avoid sex where the genitalia have open sores – open sores are the easiest ways to transfer STDs and you should be careful how you handle them. Best thing is to avoid Never have oral sex where the genitals or mouth is injured. Injury around those places can be opportunity to transfer STDs so stay off oral sex – including kissing, until it heals.

Treat every infection the day you notice it – it is a gamble that never pays to allow a sexual infection to develop. The best thing is to deal with it the moment you notice anything strange about your genital region…

Be careful what you use as sex toys – these days people get daring when improvising household items as sex toys and they end up hurting themselves. If you look up sex injuries online, you’ll be shocked. So, before you use anything as a sex toy, ensure that it is not sharp, does not have any electric parts and cannot break easily. Also, it must be CLEAN always….
