The human body is very sensitive and when exposed to sudden physical trauma, it is shocked into dysfunctionality. There are a lot of normal functions that get disrupted like the circulatory system which in turn makes the body unable to properly absorb the essential nutrients. Diet is a major contributing factor in the making or breaking of a T.E cycle. The damage from T.E is not permanent but it can result from an unhealthy and non- nutritious diet. Limiting your calorie intake can lead to T.E as well as increasing it by leaps and bounds as is the case when you consume fast foods. Fast food is only a lot of processed fat and unhealthy if indulged in regularly. Fluctuations in weight can lead to T.E as well.
