Other symptoms are trouble getting a urine stream started and dribbling afterwards and trouble urinating. Enlarged prostate symptoms also hamper sleep at night by forcing a patient to get up for urination at least twice or thrice a night. To make urination easier, take plenty of time to urinate and urinate while sitting down instead of standing.
