Skin brightening- What to do?

Papaya contains essential enzymes which can exfoliate the skin gently and increase the cell regeneration rate in an effective manner. It also helps to lighten the black spots and omit blemishes from the skin. The enzymes help to lighten the skin complexion by reducing the quantity of melanin. The use of besan with it smoothen the skin and gives a silky touch along with a glow. It removes dirt from the pores. Mix two teaspoons of papaya with one teaspoon of besan. Apply and allow the paste on the face for 20 minutes before washing it off.

Turmeric purifies the skin and from inside and also acts as an antiseptic. It removes germs from the skin and gives the skin a natural freshness. To remove pimple turmeric can be applied and it heals the skin. Turmeric is also useful for skin fairness and removal of blemishes from the skin. However, it should not be mixed with oil. Turmeric with milk is a very old Ayurvedic recipe that is still followed in Indian households. With three teaspoons of milk and 2 pinches of turmeric, and a half teaspoon of gram flour, skin will look brighter than ever.

Aloe Vera can soothe the irritation and acne prone skin. It also contains anti-inflammatory which reduces the itchiness of the skin. With the anti-fungal and antiseptic properties, aloe vera is largely used in ayurvedic medicines. Apart from these qualities, this multipurpose product also makes dull skin brighter and gives fairness to the skin. Before going to bed at night, apply one teaspoon of aloe vera gel with a half teaspoon of cucumber juice and let the mixture on overnight. In the morning wash away the face gently.

This is another product which increases the fairness of the skin. It is a mixture of 16 amazing ayurvedic ingredients such as kesara, padmaka, chandana, padmakesara, user, jasadbhasma, etc. Pharma Copoeia helps to remove tan from the skin by diluting melanin under the outer skin. It also removes the ugly marks from the skin and makes it glowing. Apply 4 or 5 drops of Pharma Copoeia all over the face in a regular manner to get a smooth and fair skin.
