When choosing hair care products, try to stick to the same brand of shampoo and conditioner.

It is important to cover the hair while swimming, particularly if you are a regular swimmer, it is because the water in most swimming pools contains high levels of chlorine which can have adverse impacts on your hair. Also, use specially formulated shampoo along with deep conditioner so that your hair doesn t lose its shine. You should wear a tightly fitted cap while swimming so that your hair doesn t come in contact with the water.
